Traditional Ayurveda in Advanced Tech world

Ayurveda emerged as one of the world’s classic medical practice. Perception about Ayurveda in India and overseas have undergone a phenomenal change during the last 20- 25 years . A large population from all over the world is attracted towards this ancient system of health care.  

Traditional medicine like Ayurveda has tremendous role in providing global health.

 The world with technological advances developed medicines which are quick acting , potent and capable to treat and provide symptomatic relief has now started to feel the need for longer lasting and more fundamental cures for their health issues. Attention is being shifted from relief to prevention and cure.

Certainly , ayurveda facing  challenges regarding research evidences , safety and efficacy of ayurveda products. Other challenges related to medical plant industry, challenges of medicinal education , research and documentation have been given a  close look. 

World Health Organizations and AYUSH has been putting efforts for making traditional medicine into public health care to achieve the objective of improved access to health care facilities.
