Since childhood days I have a special attraction on this season. A lots of memories cherishes on this special Spring.
Cooking of cuckoos, a fresh cold breeze, a smell of Neem flower and Sirisha flower, taste of katta mangos . It’s really nostalgic.
In our Indian culture, we celebrate Ugaadi- a new year according to Hindu calendar.
During this festival we prepare a special dish ‘Neer bevu ‘ which is so good and healthy. A perfect combination of all 6 tastes.
